A friend mentioned that their favorite tree was being cut down. I drove over and asked the arborists for a piece of it. This is the first of two bowls made from a tree on the Longwood Mall in Brookline, Mass. This live edge bowl won’t hold much soup. European Beech. 7.5″ x 2.25″
